Author: Kadi Georg,
Illustrator: Julia Volkova
Musta Mulla Vabariik is a society of tiny soil creatures and insects, facing the same worries, joys, and challenges as we do. Along with adventures, joint ventures, and excitement, the book also touches on themes related to striving for dreams, taking care of each other, friendship, acceptance, and compassion.
In the book, you will find characters such as Rosalje, a rat lady running the Rottmanni department store, Magnus, a mole in the real estate business, the couple Vakhur and Virve, and many other characters.
I tried to convey the character and type of activity through the appearance of the characters.
This map meticulously recreates Musta Mulla Vabariik. By the way, the cat sitting in the window is a real kitty :)
